All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change, but once a booking is confirmed, the price is guaranteed.
4.2 Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, so we have developed a cancellation policy:
- Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours in advance are entitled to a full refund.
- Bookings cancelled between 48 hours and 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour.

All participants must adhere to the guidelines set forth by our tour guides. This includes the following:
- Arrive at the designated meeting point on time.
- Behave respectfully towards our guides, other participants, and sites visited.
- Follow safety instructions provided during the tour.
